We plan and manage international travel with structure, clarity and care. Our clients travel across Oceania, Europe, the Americas and beyond.
We have strong experience connecting Oceania and South America — a region we know well — while supporting a diverse global client base in Australia and New Zealand.
At CJ, every journey is approached with care and structure, aligning with our philosophy of Curated and Cultural Journeys. From initial planning through to completion, we apply experience, detailed coordination and airline expertise to ensure travel is smooth, clear and well supported.

Carla is the Founder and Director of CJ Travel Experts in Australia and CJ & Travel Brokers in New Zealand.
With over 15 years in the travel industry, she specialises in complex international itineraries across Oceania and South America, bringing together cultures, families and business travellers across continents.
Originally from Brazil and having built her career across New Zealand and Australia, Carla offers a truly international perspective — showing the world to South Americans and showcasing South America to the world.
Under her leadership, the business has developed a reputation for personalised service, strategic expertise and thoughtfully curated travel experiences designed with care, confidence and long-term client relationships in mind.

Ju Lowe
Travel Consultant
With over 15 years of experience in the travel industry, Ju brings a wealth of practical knowledge and calm confidence to every journey she plans.
Her career began in New Zealand supporting international students through their exchange programmes, coordinating travel across New Zealand and Australia and ensuring each experience ran seamlessly. She later spent five years with Qantas, developing a strong understanding of airline operations and fare structures, followed by six years in corporate travel in Auckland, managing complex itineraries for business clients with precision and efficiency.
Now based in Australia, Ju works with individuals, families and corporate travellers to create well-organised, personalised and stress-free travel experiences — combining attention to detail, reliability and thoughtful service from start to finish.

Carolina Lavelle
Travel Consultant
Carolina brings valuable experience from her time working within our New Zealand operations and now supports clients across Australia as part of our growing team.
With a strong understanding of both markets, she provides personalised and attentive service, assisting clients with leisure and corporate travel arrangements.
Now based in Australia, Carolina works part-time while continuing her professional development, offering thoughtful and reliable support to our clients.
